Aaron Cass first found Aikido through his interest in Zen Buddhism and Eastern philosophy. He began training at Portsmouth Aikido at the age of 17 and soon fell in love with the art. He is the chief instructor of Portsmouth Aikido and has been training in Aikido since 1995. He has studied with master instructors at home and abroad, including three years of training in Japan. He currently holds the rank of 5th degree black belt. Pizza and refreshments to follow the seminar.
